Thank you for your message.
According to your message, you are worried about your wife’s sexual drive, because she feel pains during and after sex.
Most times, painful sex could be as a result of past experience or psychological. That is why it is very good to communicate during sexual intercourse to know what you are doing right and what she wants at all, what she wants more or what she wants you to mellow down on.
Proper communication before and during sex can help both of you understand how to satisfy each other conveniently and mutually. You have to be patient and understanding with her, allow her to lead when she agrees on sex.
Also, hairs around the male organ and vagina region can cause bruises and pains for some women, dryness during sex also causes friction and pains for most women. Also infection could be another reason for this, so you may want to have yourself and partner checked and treated for any possible STIs.
These are few basic things to be put into consideration. You can also consider visiting the hospital for prescriptions if this situation persists.
I hope this helps?
I am happy to offer more assistance if you still have further questions.
